There are several factors that can reduce production, and one of the most common and important is the lack of a strong root system. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"886\" height=\"719\" src=\"https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_1.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3935 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_1.webp 886w, https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_1-300x243.webp 300w, https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_1-768x623.webp 768w, https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_1-600x487.webp 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 886px) 100vw, 886px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>The <strong>PMA <\/strong>(Blueberry Microbial Program) <strong>strategy <\/strong> allows to obtain more absorbent roots, which make better use of all the available soil, and also to stimulate blueberries at critical moments such as fruit set, just after flowering, when potential production is being determined. These aspects are key and essential to get the most out of the plantation. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>To achieve the above, the <strong>PMA Strategy<\/strong> has been designed and developed, which consists of microbial formulations and biostimulants of plant origin. It is mainly based on an <strong>inoculation of ericoid mycorrhizal fungi<\/strong> and a specific stimulation at specific phenological moments. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-170cf2d83481d327b528d5ac767f274b\"><strong>PMA Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>PMA Strategy<\/strong> (Blueberry Microbial Program) is mainly composed of <strong>Bioradis Ericoid<\/strong>, a formulation based on ericoid mycorrhizal fungi, <strong>specific and exclusive<\/strong> for blueberry cultivation. It also contains <strong>Bactel Frut<\/strong>, a formulation based on 5 species of PGP bacteria of the <em>Bacillus<\/em> genus <em>,<\/em> with stimulating and protective action. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>To accompany and enhance the applications of microorganism formulations, it is recommended to combine them with <strong>Saviavital K<\/strong>, a liquid organic fertilizer that promotes good activity of the microorganisms applied, or with <strong>Alghefit, <\/strong>a pure algae extract with stimulating activity and activation of protective genes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_2-1024x801.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"801\" src=\"https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_2-1024x801.webp\" alt=\"Bioradis Ericoid-treated crop\" class=\"wp-image-3939\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_2-1024x801.webp 1024w, https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_2-300x235.webp 300w, https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_2-768x600.webp 768w, https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_2-1536x1201.webp 1536w, https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_2-2048x1601.webp 2048w, https:\/\/bioera.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/articulo_2-600x469.webp 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Bioradis Ericoid-treated crop<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>This <strong>PMA strategy<\/strong> allows obtaining crops with a larger root system, which translates into greater absorption and greater tolerance to different types of stress, such as thermal stress, drought or stress caused by soil pathogens. This promotes high production levels and high fruit quality at harvest (hardness and caliber), while making better use of other inputs used, such as water or fertilizer. <\/p>\n\n<p>The following are results obtained in trials in blueberry plantations in the province of Huelva (Spain), following the <strong>PMA strategy<\/strong>.
